🕒 Workforce Monitoring & Access Control
GuardSaaS is a cloud-based access control and time tracking system designed to:
- Track employee arrival, departure, and movement during working hours.
- Control door access using ID cards or key fobs via a controller with an electric lock.
- Automatically log time and direction (entry/exit) for each access event.
Employees are assigned unique ID cards or key fobs. To enter or exit a room, they must scan their ID at a reader. If access is granted, the controller unlocks the door and records the event in the system.
